I've read a lot of reviews for thei site. None of them are good. Wrong prescription, bad customer service, and having to fight for return just to get a portion of your money back. Why should we buy from you?

Haha I was waiting for you to say if the water was hot or cold. But you just said it isn’t too….. and then you moved on to a different topic. On a different resort, we had swim up pool as well, but didn’t end up using it because it got pretty cold at night.

Was there a buffet and are the restaurants free?

You've labelled one of the pools as "adults only"...which it's not. There are even kids playing in that pool in your video. That pool is the activity pool, which is more lively with music and games etc. The other pool is more quiet with a calmer atmosphere, but both pools are open to kids.
