It is part of life so I understand it will happen not much you can do about it but keep moving forward

Handling one thing at a time is the way it is done...because handling one issue can clear up other issues...
I understand that but the issues with allergies a back issue, gout are all separate issues that have no link to each other so treatment are completely different and taking care of one will not take care of the others
May this be the first step on a journey for recovery, just know you are farther along than those who are choosing to do nothing about it or aware of a problem in the first place. Good Luck, hoping for the best!
