I sang Isantim in 2001 with my church choir (Holy aTrinity Catholic Parish World Bank New Owerri, Owerri) for a cultural night program that we had then. I was partly raised in Calabar , I schooled at FGGC Calabar, and a bit familiar with some Efik folklore songs like “Ekpri Ekanem”.

Thanks for sharing! Really beautiful! Took me back to my secondary school days at FGGC Benin City between 40 and 34 years ago. Lovely memories from our choral groups and arts festivals. Anyone who went to some Unity schools in Nigeria can relate and also know this song. I sang it then and sometimes sing/hum it even though I don't know the meaning. We have such rich and beautiful mix of cultures in this blessed Nigeria. It would be great if we can have the lyrics of the song and the meaning. Thank you!
