Finding this on my feed in 2025 is crazy because I was obsessed with passerine so much back in 2022 (I KNOW I WAS LATE) and this is what helped get me into Dear Evan Hansen and musicals in general and this was genuinely one of my favorite animatics of passerine I've moved on from the dream smp and Minecraft community a lot in the past year and a half, but it always brings me a smile when I find these gems of the past

i found this animatic three years ago, not knowing what dear evan hansen or the dream smp was. this animatic introduced me to dear evan hansen, and here i am three years later, i had almost finished the last chapter of passerine and one paticular line gave me immediate flashbacks to the same scene in this, i came back here and found out this was a dsmp animatic, and a passerine one at that. thank you for this :) also, when i first saw this three years ago i had no context of what it was but i still cried

This song perfectly describes the entirety of the Dream smp. A tightrope. Bad and Skeppy. Wilbur and Phil. Tommy and Tubbo. George and Dream. Ponk and Sam. Puffy and Foolish. All relationships on the server were like a tightrope. Easy to get wrong, but beautiful when done right.

Most animatics just forget about the last 4 chapters of the fic. But tbh, the first 4 are the best so I get why. And I'm glad you added them at the end.

this is like 2 years late but i remember first seeing this animation and being so moved i made an entire playlist based off of it, this is still probably one of the best animatic i’ve seen on youtube <3
