Who is the DICKHEAD in yellow with the double baby buggy you can see starting right at the front, who is then at least five minutes down on the leaders by the halfway mark? I bet he was popular.

Love this Parkrun 🌳 Course Two Laps overlooking the Bay. Fast and flat with Toilets just where the start and finish is.The volunteers even put a spread of Tea ☕ And even some Biscuits thrown in, so they very much look after Runners and spectators, although there are some rumours that the Course is some metres short of a 5k🤔

We kept over taking eachother 😅😂

My local parkrun which I haven't visited since the summer of 2023. The climb up the hill on the second lap is always tough but a very pretty course especially in the spring.

Bug Hunter Waters was a beautiful, flat course, I loved it. Do you have any plans on hitting the Mildenhall Hub Parkrun? That's my home Parkrun and it's a really lovely course and run by really lovely people!

Hi Mark, this is my local PR course, glad you enjoyed it and a great run report too. I’ll have to make it to your home run sometime. (BTW, I’ve never run it that quick…must be a little over 10.30 mins for me 😂😂, you made the hill look easy too!).

Thank you for posting this run, we (a friend and 16 year old son) are going to tour clacton tomorrow morning for the first time and looking forward to the promenade surface (as we enjoyed Felixstowe earlier this year). Good finish near the Toby carvery for a hot drink afterwards. :) Cheers.

I did 50🌳 Consecutive Parkruns at Lullingstone Country park back in 2015 through Winter, Spring, Autumn, and of course Summer 🌞 when you can view the Beautiful Lavender fields near by. I have fond memories of Saturday mornings there. Unfortunately I have deserted this course for the much nearer Westerham Parkrun 🏃🌳 close to my village in Brasted❗
