Welcome :) I'am big fan of tennis and Roger Federer. I started this channel by recording gameplays from "Top Spin 4" - greatest tennis game of all time. I made some tennis tributes and points compilation too. In the nearest future I want to concentrate on more tennis games, tennis tributes and compilations, maybe some vlogs too. Me too but in different tennis games, this one I didn't play that much, few exhibition matches during the past weekend.

@@Asslikethat-dd5fd I tried all difficulties, neither of them was much of a challenge but game looks best in motion on medium difficulty so for the purpose of recording I put it on medium.
Nishikori always has the "this is so stupid" attitude every time he loses a point. Kind of weird, tho he's great to watch.
Is the game worth buying?
I was able to play it for free during the past weekend and I wouldn't pay for it. There are a lot of players and venues to choose, graphics is great but gameplay still needs a lot of work. Gameplay wise Top Spin 2K25 is way better but if you're looking for a simulation game and you don't care that much about the graphics Tennis Elbow 4 is great.

What are your thoughts about this game?
Game is very average. Gameplay only looks decent when you use top spin shots. When game is to fast it started to look very broken - players teleporting to the ball, trying to reach it in the weird manner. Some animations in the game are actually very good but transition between them during rallies aren't that smooth. Basically non existing net play and very unresponsive controls at times, bad physics of the ball - you can't really feel the impact of the shots, like playing with pressureless balls. On the other hand very impressive amount of players and venues. Graphics looks very good. It's such a shame because it could be a fantastic tennis game with better gameplay and mechanics.

That sliding animation by Federer looked amooth as f
Some animations in the game are actually preety good but transition between them during rallies are not that smooth. You really need to play in the specific way to make this game look decent in motion because quite often it looks like a broken mess. There is potential here but a lot work need to be done.

About the game? The most impressive thing is the amount of players, models looks very good, there are so many courts to play on. But for such an impressive roster gameplay is very limited, movement and controls are horrible, there are so many weirds things that could happen during a point. Animation is preety decent but sometimes could look horrible - players teleporting to the ball or trying to reach it in the weird manner. Physics of the ball is really bad, you can't really feel the impact of the shots, like playing with pressureless balls.

What a spectacular way to finish this year. We've come a long road together. I'm so close to 5 k subs right now which is kind of surreal. I've never thought my small channel would grow that much. 2024 was a very good year. After 13 years of waiting finally new Top Spin game came out and hopefully I was able to recreate that glimpse of magic from my Top Spin 4 times. Your support was amazing so thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. I have so many plans for the next year, some big changes are coming but this channel has a very special place in my heart so I'll continue to deliver what I'm doing best ;) Happy New Year and see you on the tennis court :)

Well it went better here than Fed's match point against Safin (2005 AO SF) where he tried to hit a tweener on a match point. He missed it and eventually lost the match.

You need to unlock it in Centre Court Pass.
@ so if i want to use alcaraz’s new outfit in offline exhibition i have to buy the whole pass? I don’t think is this way
@@Omis5 I don't know. I bought Grand Slam Edition of the game so I have premium pass every season. There are free rewards and premium rewards. If the Alcaraz outfit is labeled as premium you need to have Premium Centre Court Pass to unlock it.

Is this 2D? Also what camera / video settings?
Yes, 2D. In this mode you can only zoom in and out. I had it at 0%. Ultra settings with 4K resolution, exposition at 100% if I remember correctly.
Why two umpires and is it to hard to say advantage player name instead of advantage server, plays move like robots. Only thing I like what I see the sound of the ball hit by the tennis rackets.

I've Played Tennis elbow since Tennis elbow 2004. When you master it, its ultra satisfying to play! Its the ball physics and on the run passing shots/lobs are so addictive. Mods were a game changer with realistic ball sounds on different court surfaces and player animations make it the king of tennis games.
How did you access the white outfits can I ask? Can’t figure how to change outfits on ps5 currently 🤣
@@abell_6710 First you need to download XKT patch. Then in character sheets you need to click on Federer model and new window will open. You can change your outfits there.

It does, I play both games and can’t decide which one is better but they are both amazing just as good

how many umpires is there in this game haha, this game is a joke, should be for $5, hardly any animation in the crowed and ball boys and girls and that score board is frozen with wrong info in the top right. looks like PS3 graphics with robotic player movement.

Are the mods free to download or do you need PS Plus/Premium ? Used to play tennis elbow 2013 on pc long time ago lol. Graphics haven't improved much but that's not the main focus of this series anyway.

My volleys are not the best. I am inconsistent with putting them away. You end them really well. I'm practicing with the ball machine and warm up.
It's important to prepare the point first so you can go for easy finish at the net and in some time you'll also be able to deal with tougher ones too.

This game is really good. Picked it up on PS5 and having a blast. True tennis sim. You play really well. The better l am getting at the game the more fun it has become.
Same experience here. Game and it's mechanics could be overhelming at the beginning but when you getting better it is much more fun.
I'm on PS5...what video settings do you use (resolution, exposure etc)....I'm not sure what to set it to. Cheers in advance
4K resolution, quality preset, exposure at 0% but keep in mind that I play on 2D courts.

Dude, youre delusional if u think tennis elbow is better than this game. Movements, Graphics, gameplay wise is far better than tennis elbow.
@@LowKey1130 Gameplay is king and if you can master Tennis Elbow it utterly destroys Top Spin & Tie Break... it is a hard game to play though i can easily see why alot of players cannot get on with it.
@OnlineFederer I installed the XKT mod but Federer has a different outfit, how do you get the Federer with this black outfit please?
You need to click on Federer model in character sheets and new window will open. You can change outfits there.
How do I change difficulty on ps5 and also how do I change federer’s outfit? I have downloaded the XkT mod. Also what stadium/ court is this?
@@KozielloRU In character sheets you need to choose player 2 which is CPU by default. In the left corner of the screen there are few options also with difficulty levels and sub-levels. You can change it there. In character sheets if you click on Federer model new window will open. You can change outfits there. It is Roland Garros court, 2D version.
