Yeah I’ve tried order ps5 then through FedEx and it got stole that why my bank is force FedEx to refund me money so I can only trust to go in store. That all for now.

FedEx stole my package: San Diego, CA. I bought my PS5 directly from Sony. Last scan placed the package out for delivery on Dec 1st, 2022, with a signature required. The package never arrived. I called FedEx from Dec 1st - Dec 9th, and kept getting the run a round. I finally file a claim with FedEx. They closed my claim and stated that an internal investigation is being conducted. I proceeded to call Sony. The rep assisted me, after asking all the necessary questions. The rep was able to ban the console,which mean they will not be able to use it, and will be contacting FedEx. Btw, I bought this console as a Christmas present for my 8 yrs old autistic son. These thieves need to be stopped !

Fuck fed ex, I got an empty box delivered today. There’s a cut in the top right of my box where someone must have stolen the contents, their employees are thieves. Everytime I use them some thing goes wrong

I drive for FedEx and I can tell you that if the driver can't find the address or doesn't feel comfortable leaving the package at the location they will %100 scan and code it appropriately. Not risk getting fired over basically a paychecks worth of package (I can't speak for every driver). Furthermore the shipper should have required a signature and if no one is there to sign for it then it goes back to the terminal. When the driver didn't take it that final day and left it at the terminal, they more than likely were frustrated that QA hadn't solved the bad address or whatever problem the driver was having (usually QA will print a map with a highlited route and tape it to the box) and decided to not take it on their route that day to save a stop aka waste time. I'm sorry for your troubles and glad that you were able to get the PS5 but it's next to impossible to steal a package unless it's a "ghost" package aka it's on your truck but not on your scanner or GPS route for the day. Then it basically becomes a "lost" package. This happens more often than it should fedex new hires miss it or are just lazy scanners and throw stuff on a cart w/o scanning it to a route

They did steal my Bluetti AC300 and delivered an empty box 18 days late! They know you can get your money back so they are robbing us blind! Something needs to be done about Fedex! Recently the driver on my route said my package was delivered. I went to look and nothing. Neighbors were out and I asked did they see the truck? They said yes, he slowed down but did not stop! Fedex is a terrible company! We got to band together and if they ship it Fedex we don't want it!

I have a good delivery ppl l, nothings never broken or ripped, everything is always in good condition :)

FEDEX stole my package: Sacramento California. PS5 ordered from Walmart. Last scan was it was placed on a truck for delivery, but truck arrived with no package. It's been over a month and it still shows out for delivery with no new scans by FEDEX. FEDEX Customer Service and Tracing team are garbage too. I was able to get more information than "Ricky" with the FEDEX tracing team. Turns out my box was opened in the warehouse, and the contents are missing (Stolen).

Older, but relevant. If a retailer ships with FedEx, I won't buy from said retailer. FedEx: where packages go to die. FedEx: losing, stealing and destroying packages since 1971.

I'm glad u finally got yours brother so I finally just got mine last week and the shipped it ups and u have to sign off when it arrives I was thankful it went smooth and they must of tighten up security which is im glad.

Glad I found this video. I just got my ps5 today, same as you from Walmart via FedEx. After the first missed delivery attempt, I got a call that night from a FedEx employee who told me they found my box on the loading dock and it had been opened (the shipping box not the ps5 box). So that was obviously concerning. Anyway, checked it over when I finally got it and someone had definitely opened the ps5 box as well. Nothing was missing but it's really suspicious. Never using FedEx again if I can help it.

I guess FedEx and other places were doing this.

Same thing happened with my 3rd one. But they said it’s “lost” I said you don’t just loose a 22x19x12 20 lb package labeled GameStop. Then GameStop gMave me the run around for about a month. Now I’m disputing it with my credit card company.🤦🏻‍♂️

Felt good I got lucky from Walmart online last week but thankfully I could still cancel today. Dealing with this possibly, not many games to play that I can’t on PS4, I can wait till it’s in stores, or online with store pickup.

I finally copped from Amazon. It will be here in a few days. I've heard horror stories about PS5s being stolen and I'm checking out what has happened to other people and what they had to do in case it happens. Also, damn you've got a nice voice.
