Indian Management is very very Dangerous at sea. Too much ILL treatments with own country poor crews? That is why Management from Philippines, Russia and Chinina etc becoming so famous in last few years. Masters and Chief mates from India are thinking that because of their very very high salary ?they can buy peace of mind, Hunger and good sleep at night. Even never Die? Too much dirty politics is dangerous for self,society and Nation? Maximum incidents/Accidents are taking place when Masters and Chief mates from India. Thanks for BJP Govt. in India and MLC ,Open Reporting etc. by IMO.
