I'm on a bls level but isn't that pt transfer of care when we remove ourselves thus allowing the hospital to take over?

It can but like the hospital doesn’t care what EMS say a lot of the time. Like just let us give you a report, so you know everything is going on first and what happen so we have everything ready for the PT

I’ve heard about some services that dump out a couple ml’s from the flush and then draw up the adenosine in the same syringe and give it all at once. Thoughts?

I was an EMT for almost 20 years! I agree-it doesn’t get easier but it does get less scary! I miss the work.
