Interesting to see the official discussing the water table barrier. Almost all other accounts of this leave that part out.
The report on water barrier was done by an engineer from Paul Hummel's office. Maybe it was too late?

Lovely version of Lullaby from Circus, was wondering did you do your own arrangement? I'm trying to find out more about the tune, but can't find a specific name for it. Its a well known tune in Russia apparently and I remember hearing it on a French CD collection of children's lullabies - Can only find one score on IMSLP in which the vocal line doesn't seem to resemble the tune at all...

It was one of the most popular cities of the 50s / 60s Years and suddenly someone made a mistake and apparently started the problem with the fire of the bata Carbon underground, extending Hell below the City, having 3000 residents in the year 1880 happened to have 5 residents in the 80s and now we do not know if there are people near the Church next to the smoke
