The concept of support systems is crucial to keep you on the path. A spouse or mentor. Finding a mentor can be invaluable.
It's incredible how much his father influenced him. The things we say as parents may seem small but the impact is life lasting.
Perhaps the value lies in the eyes of the beholder...some people need that inspirational, emotional touch...others feel authenticity is, in itself, inspiring...
video cuts out at 9:25, audio cuts out at 35:15. Nice editing. That said, what we could watch was pretty enlightenting

I believe that the humble leader that has great thought leadership far surpass the charismatic leader.
we are always being told that happiness is too expensive for the average man/women but for those who have paid the price they never think of going back to do something different.
It seems we vote for leaders with charisma over authenticity all the time. I doubt that its purposeful, politics can be a popularity contest at times.
Thank you for this inspiring piece of speech. I long for a school or District where I can feel home. Now that I am not working I have the time to find all this gems. I am planning to gather them to make a beautiful crown, necklace or bracelet...or maybe write a book!
