You’ve done a great job! Personally, I am so overwhelmed by all the materials in the room. I’m wondering if you have any neuro-divergent students who also find it a bit overwhelming. But you know your kids and what works for your class!
Thanks Sarah! :) Certainly, yes, there are children in our classroom community who fall under the neuro-divergent umbrella. If an individual need arises, we work with our colleagues and the child's family to make any necessary changes or accommodations.

you mentioned that you follow the Wisconsin early learning standards and have created a document. Is that document like a 'road map' for the year. So like, for the first month of school you and your team focus on XX skills, for the second month you focus on another set of skills etc and then base/create your activities on the skills that are the focus for the month (like lets say September is recognizing the letters of their name and all the activities for that month have a central theme and design to get the students to recognize the letters of their name?). Thanks!
Hi there! The document is less of a step-by-step roadmap and more of a resource that says, "These are the learning opportunities that we would like our 4K students to experience throughout the school year."
