KF does not buff basic attacks, she gains team damage buff (same as zatanna ans GoS supergirl) when hitting frozen opponents. After you are on max stacks of the buff (400%) ,you theoretically shall not care about freezze anymore. Also, the fastest way to get this is to use KF sp1, since it applies frostbite, and the buff stacks 2 times faster when the opponent is frostbitten on top of frozen.

Yes she does bro read her passives but Mr. Freeze ascended is a beast! I only have him 1 ascended star and even at that it’s a big deal CWW is a great support character 2% crit attack damage per every 1% of defense and goes 100% of the cap, makes a huge difference in damage numbers.

You’re a weirdo. People cry about wanting f2p artifacts used and this is that. Secondly, before this team wasn’t setup when puppet, always beta and gemstone. So this was necessary for those who didn’t know this was effective.

But the thing is that with a 4 to 5-star peacemaker with puppet (5 in this video) irrespective of the star rating of the other FLJ members, this pip was always inconsistent and required more precision as well as low defense bosses even when you used all three together for quicker stacks. But here, thanks to Frost, even with a 5-star PM and slower buildup of stacks due to one missing FLJ member it was comfortable against a Heroic VII Tier 5 boss that usually has hidden defense and resistances. Also, as a challenge he used Hawkman with Beta, albeit Hawkman Beta is usually better if you have gemstone on PM, otherwise RokBa beta is better.

Man we can definitely see you haven’t played for awhile. Miss your videos. BTW Build Peacemaker Shield faster using his Sp1/Sp2. Just need to make sure you uses his Supermove regardless.

@ lol. His supermove grants extra armor pierce to flawed teammates. My Hawkman grants 70% naturally already and I have 50% armor pierce in Hawkman talents that 100%+ which is enough. I don’t need peacemakers supermove. 🙃

I am not sure about using her with black manta, zatanna, gossg and those with damage buff. I have a suspicion the buffs may overlap and not add up. But KF will do well with an incoming damage buff like Raven or Gemstone or with any artifact with Freeze Beta. They say KF is also a good support for BWL team due to the effects on hazards from her super and scorpion. Her passives are primarily designed for invasions. I did a H7 oneshot with ascended freeze puppet and both vixen and KF raid arti - it was comfortable but only 20 seconds quicker than when I use AKBM along with vixen and ascended freeze puppet. That being said someone in my league said that even a four star KF helped majorly reduce the time his non-ascended 7 star freeze and deathstroke team takes to oneshot.

Damage dealer in raids and solo raids she can be with Raven easily. Someone told me she did an easy oneshot with raven and a 6 star Frost. But that many characters can. Without Raven it is pretty high investment and impractical to have her as a solitary damage dealer. I used an 8 Star Frost Beta club, BNGG for power gen and a 5 star Zatanna with a maxed gemstone and the oneshot occurred but went to the last 10 seconds. Her passives are phenomenal in invasions though - for invasions when built up she could be either a support for freeze or a DD on her own. In league and solo raids even at 4 star she is excellent support for freeze and some even say BWTD and Scorpion teams.
