Are all silicone implants now considered "gummy bears"? I have Sientra Smooth Round Moderate Plus silicone implants and I'm assuming also considered gummy bears.
Is there any evidence of this? Doubled blind trials etc. Haven’t seen or heard of weightlifting making boobs look bad. It may push them out during contraction- they should also return to where they are supposed to be. I’ve seen no compilations of this phenomenon- if so every surgeon would say don’t ever do these. Bikini fitness competition? Lots of muscles and fake boobs. They look great.

Hello. Is the situation the same when the implant is placed above the muscle?
Wow I wish I knew this b4 I started working out. I noticed a dent, if u may, on the top of my left breast. I only noticed it from time to time. I’m wondering if this is due to my weight lifting.
I’ve had implants under the muscle for 16 yrs. Never had a dent like thing - lifted weights for 25+ yrs.
Please suggest the exercises to get rid of arm pit fat or auxilary breast tissue.
