      @@geraldwegener8376 A flat spot caused by long-term storage can be repaired by driving the vehicle. Follow these steps: 1. Look on the sidewall of the tire and find the maximum air pressure for the tire. This will be given in pounds per square inch (PSI) and kilopascals (kPa). This video should help you locate this number. 2. Ensure the tires are inflated to this maximum pressure. 3. Drive the vehicle slowly until the vibration from the tires stops. Please note that inflating the tire to this pressure will affect the ride, braking, and fuel consumption, so be extremely careful and don’t drive fast. 4. Hello, nice build. very impressive!! I know i am almost a year late responding to your video. how did your experiments go and are you still using the same SVD? i was wondering if it burned out, or if u had other issues because of the sub ohm'n and double stacking of batteries. I own TWO SVD's and one of them is about to die ( the fire button will only respond about 2 out of 10 times when pressed. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT) About 2 months ago I attempted to use an atty rda wrapped and read at 1.2 ohm... single coil, good juice. slapped that sucker on my SVD and it just would not perform. the coils lite up but not enough to make it work. I tried this more than once and on both SVD's. so after trying 2 devices and 3 different rdas with similar wraps i stopped. took it to my friend at the local shop, had him test my RDAs.. they worked on both his mechs. So it was not the RDAs. i will go look at some of your other videos. but i am glad i came across this one. sorry for the long post. keep on vapin!

      The SVD is a solid device. A friend of mine had one that was having some issues, and we found that it needed to be cleaned and the 510 pin needed to be re-soldered. I gently pulled out the 510 pin, and soaked the whole device in a tall glass full of 91% Alcohol overnight. After soaking, I squirted alcohol into the 510 area while pushing the buttons to clean the button contact areas. Then let the device dry out for a few days, and whala! It works flawless again after cleaning and re-soldering the 510 pin. Give it a shot!

    Thanks for the post! Got tired of waiting on mail with my mech mod, so I tried my SVD... 18650 battery, brass monkey clone, 28g coil wrapped 11 times. Ohm meter on the SVD reads 0.9 and fires. A little slow going but really works nicely. Noticed the battery got hot after about 6-8 full vapes, so have to switch out tanks. Not bad for a first ever build.

    My SVD has been sitting in a drawer for the last few months. Im not sure why but I pulled it out a few days ago and tried stacked 18350's in it also. It worked great. I put on my Patriot RDA built at 0.8 ohms by accident but to my surprise it fired. Shocked, I switched it from wattage mode to voltage mode and cranked it up. And it still fired! I did a bunch of google searches but could not find much information on it at all. But it did lead me to this video. Has the SVD had all this hidden potential this whole time and no one knew about it? Or maybe its dangerous to the device itself and thats why its not a 'big' thing. Either way im glad im not the only person who has noticed this

  • @RafLpz
    @RafLpz 10 ปีที่แล้ว

    I have had the SVD for 2 months. I have also vaped .8 ohms on an iGoW using a Sony vtc4 30 Amp high drain battery. It works great but still not as good as a mech mod. It still has slight delay in ramping up compared to my Nemesis which is more instant. I don't know about the law and 25 watts. I can't believe it is actually 25 watts or I would expect more. Anyways I have been told to be cautious of using it sub ohm and burning up the computer on it. I still use it with an RDA but now with at least a 1.0+ build. I use my Nemesis for the sub ohm which I use at .4-.5 ohms and works much better. The SVD is a great device and one of the most versatile and I recommend it highly over the MVP(everybody swears upon) which I feel is overrated.
