Thank you. I think storage is a serious challenge and a serious "must" for every home. However, gray and white are not great tones to have in a home. I've always identified those tones as institutional and don't leave a warm and inviting space but maybe that's just my take on them! Other neutrals work just as well with greater personality. Just my opinion though! Great job!

Looking at my condo...I have those ceiling fixture...I like but I did update them back in 2011...I like the light fixture you showed. I just have find 7 of them along with 8 mini blinds...my curtain are neutral solid color panels with the proper length...thank for the tips!

Nice tips. 1) Colour combination 60/30/10 2) Need 1 ecent wall in room must. 3) curtain shall from ceiling look luxurious 3) bathroom shall get paet of good interior. Poor planningnof bathroom is not acceptable for good interior. 4) layered lighting is most important 4k (natural)

Excellent video, thank you. I am working on replacing the 25 year old builder grade light fixtures in my home. I am the 4th owner, and none of the previous owners bothered. I am not visual or a DIYer, so I have had professional help, but it is still one of the least expensive upgrades you can make. The young electrician (who is in a lot of homes) and I have both been impressed with the improvement.

I like your point about outdated lighting signifying a lack of investment - as if the house isn’t worth investing in! I didn’t completely agree about the point about paint, I think bright colours can look rich if the colour scheme is fully leant into. Fully committing to a bright/maximalist scheme can make a home look well designed!

After watching the video this actually makes me so sattisfied and happy. These are such great suggestions and i agreee with all of them as we inolemented this in our move 5 yrs ago and then again last year. We stayed away from the glass side tables even if it meant having to have to wait and find the right ones for a month or 2. Likewise with the leather sofa genuine leather ALWAYS 💯. Thanks Anum video was more a reaffirmation for us and now we are looking to get rid of our glass dinning table and coffee table. 👍

There are many factors we have to consider, including practicality, comfort, and cost, but it's all about the long term use. I think you raised great points discussing the dining chair.
