Thanks so much for having us!
wonderful
Thank you Reverend Connie and welcome. I'm excited to meet you & happy that you will soon be close to home. See you in September.
Welcome. And you totally have me on the googling.
What the heck is she talking about?
Thanks again for having us! A great night for a great cause!
Amen and Hallelujah! Such a moving sermon. I loved the part about embracing all of ourselves. Not just accepting it and moving on but loving it, comforting it, and finally transforming it with love. That is what an embrace does. It changes us through the power of love. Thanks for that moving topic and for sharing the Thich Nat Hanh quotes that are just what I needed to hear.
Dr. Hardin, it was an honor to sing under Dr. Rogers at Carnegie Hall and to meet you at the after concert cruise.
I remember that rainstorm Beth described!
Great job! It was a joy to sing this song with some of you at Carnegie Hall! Still reeling from the experience. Thank you Dr. Clifton Hardin for composing such a beautiful requiem!
What is the full title of this piece and where can I find the lyrics?
After the Adagio for Strings by Barber is Requiem by Clif Hardin (who is conducting here). The lyrics are printed in the program, available at the link given above in the Introduction.

Oops - the service is NOT 1 hour and 36 minutes long. I forgot to stop the stream. so there's 36 minutes of the "Thank you" slide. 🙄 Sorry about that!
Lmao
Thank you so very much for the beautiful words spoken as you reflect on my father. I am thankful he touched your heart with love, Holly Heiderer
As a British Unitarian minister I am delighted to see that the work of Iain McGilchrist is being picked up by UUs. I'm sure mcGilchrist's vision is an important one. (Rev Matt, Suffolk, England)

Thanks for asking! Time stamps are now in a pinned comment.
Absolutely beautiful... very uplifting
Dr. MLK might say today: Wake to the revolution because your activism will help to determine the future experience of the people living on this planet.
Mystery, meaning, seeking truth, nature, animals, freedom.
"I just love a good laugh" Women thinking they can be pastors is funny, when God says He does not allow a woman to teach. Hilarious.
@bigbabyjahVery thoughtful interaction. About as deep as her exegesis of the Pauline epistles, I suspect.

Fact-based is still fear mongering.
The masses trust their imaginations in relation to the consistency of the system, embracing ideology that does not conflict with common sense. Omnipotence is at the root of all reality.
Somehow we can be grateful for what is to come, though unseen.
We are seeking a safe and brave place together.
False narratives are our monsters.
Danger is in the eyes of the beholder.
Face your fears to conquer them.
Sermon as dramatized storytelling.
Sermon as poetry
The sun warms us in the laugh of an elder. Thank you.
Love the piano.
Hey! I recognize that welcome song. 😊 very nice. H

I liked nearly everything, but the part with the old woman made me nauseous to my stomach. I don't know...maybe it was the amount of detail. Then again, Jesus got nauseous too when he walked in on the situation, so..I guess it's not a problem.
Amazing message. Thank you, Rev. Nancy
Deeply moving.
