I tried Time To Pet because you highly recommended it but I was baffled that I wasn’t able to schedule multiple dogs for a group walk… their customer service and support was amazing but I still haven’t found a platform that will let me schedule up to 10 dogs at once???

Im fairly new to pet sitting. I started this year on Wag and am more than ready to start on my own. (the app and customer service is SO bad!). I believe I was under limited coverage as a contract worker for them, but now that I'll be on my own I am afraid of 'what could go wrong'. Glad I came across this video. I hope I can find a cheap pet insurance policy to start. I don't have much disposable income at the moment. Edit: my biggest gripe about Wag is that you can't get anyone on the phone unless its an emergency. Everything is through AI chat or email. (grrr)

How are you liable for the sofa? The chandelier makes sense but if the sofa was destroyed by the dog while you were out of the house, that doesn't sound like it's in any way your fault or responsibility. Did you not properly crate the dog or not close a gate?

Im actually very surprised you suggested harnesses because I heard and read it makes it easier for dogs to slip out and pull harder. Wouldnt slip leads be a better option?
