Laxmi holiday very bed sirvice Our journey was very bad. On 12/11/2024, two of us (Waseem and Zahid) travelled from Jammu to Delhi in our Laxmi holiday bus (BUS NO UK07PA6001, JAMMU 5:35PM TO DELHI 5:30am). The bus was not stopped for toilet. My younger brother (Zahid) had a very bad health.. at 3 am, even after asking the driver several times to stop the bus for toilet, the driver did not stop the bus for toilet.. then at 5:5 am the bus was stopped at Bhagan Toll Please Maruthal.. then we went to toilet. Due to younger brother (Zahid)'s health being bad, we had to go to the toilet for a while. It took time as we got free at 5:12 am and when we came out, the bus had already left.. while talking to the conductor on call, he scolded us and said wait now, I will stop the bus for a while due to you and he told us in the opposite direction, all our valuable luggage also remained in the bus… and even after spending 2309₹ (rent of 2 sleeper seats) we were standing on the road at Bhagan Toll Plaza in the winter morning when it was very dark… complained to the customer care of Laxmi holiday then 30 minutes later they took us to ISBT in their other bus… when we reached the bus parking to collect our luggage When we went to the vehicle (UK07PA6001) bus driver RAJVEER and conductor KAMALKANT scolded us and said that if we want to complain then nothing is going to happen to us, they abused us and after pushing us they said to take your stuff and get out of here, due to which our ATM card reached a lot, I complained to the company but they did not give us a respectable answer..
