꿈을 꾸듯 밤하늘만 바라보고 있어요
부드러운 노랫소리에 내 마음은 아이처럼
파란 추억의 바다로 뛰어가고 있네요

And this album: It has such a lyrical and poetic quality. Imagine a city in the summer, the night has already fallen, that time when the heat of the day is still in the air, in the brickwork, in the streets, not yet displaced by the freshness of the night, you hardly see any people on the streets, that wonderful silence that you can hardly believe after the hustle and bustle of the day. And when the images of the day keep flashing in your memory... this album is the perfect soundtrack for such a moment, I think. 😊

For me it all started with the music of Chris Jarrett, the younger brother of Keith Jarrett, who is also a pianist. My brother was at one of his concerts and brought home one of his solo piano albums. The title of the album was „Fire”, I think. I remember being so excited about it. And after Chris Jarrett, I discovered Keith Jarrett for me. I think, first, it was the Cologne concert. And then, very quickly, much, much more. For me personally, the Vienna Concert is the one that touches me the most and that is most important to me. If I were allowed to take just one Keith Jarrett album to a deserted island and had to choose: it would be the Vienna concert. Do you still remember when and how you discovered the music of Keith Jarrett? 😊
