Between riding my zxr250 and my zzr1200 i enjoy the 1200 weight more at lower speed. Nice planted feel It just eats up road is its problem. In a weirdly good way. You leave somewhere. Then you are at your destination. Its like a mercedes.

I had a 2002, scared the heck out of me, but it was one of the best sport-tourer I have ever had. Just bought a 2005, and look forward to many miles of riding.

Good bike I have one too

I've had 2, the first broke my heart, left shoulder, four metacarples. The 2nd I've had since June last year, she hadn't been loved but she knows she is now. Added and upgraded to her, serviced her needs, almost sounds sexual. Filled her to the brim from Costco and got 187 miles, with a quarter of a tank left and reserve, but she new she was filled right up. She is far, pulls like a train, a big fat lady who loves it slow, fast fast slow any way I want it. I've been told her big fat sisters are all goers too.

Got the same bike, they are great, very very reliable, put some Avon trailriders on it awesome tyers, change the oil regularly and it will never stop, be sure to flog the crap out of it before oil change though so the oil goes out hot that way all the muck and residue from the clutch and combustion will flush out with the oil, the worst thing people do is change oil while the bike has been sitting for days or weeks without putting it through its paces beforehand. The only prblem I find with the bike is it vibrates a lot which can be a pain in the arse on longer road trips.

I ride these lanes mosts weeks on my t700, a bit hairy around Ranmore after rain as the clay and chalk turn the area into a sludgy quagmire.. in the winter parts of it become almost impassable if 4x4's have been down there tearing the trail to bits. 9:21 is parklands, i drive oil tankers down here xD

Good video man I’m from Kent too so will check them out however I wouldn’t recommend solo riding unless very experienced I had my bike fall onto me down a hill and was stuck until my mate helped 👍🏼

I’ve tried to use this app… it’s shit, especially for anyone in a 4x4. My advice: Join GLASS, the TW2 map is THE best green laning map you’ll find. It’s constantly being updated to show any restrictions, hazard or road closures. You can see other peoples comments on the lane and photographs of their adventures. The green lane association does amazing work to help keep green lanes open and keep them safe by running projects all over the country. Whether it’s repairing damaged lanes or signposting them for easier navigation… it’s seriously worth joining, as well as access to the map you’ll get a members pack every 6 months with magazines, stickers, newsletters and green lane etiquette leaflets (to pass on to less respectful strangers you may meet on the road)
