Great stuff, I'd echo the point about outsourcing. I'm biased, but it's pretty hard to get the same ROI on something like IT management with an internal hire until you have at least 50 staff. Realistically, it's closer to 100~150 full-time staff before an in-house IT staff makes sense. I'd definitely outsource graphic design and probably the accounting/bookkeeping at the average church. I disagree on computers, for most of your staff a computer is going to be their most used ministry tool to reach an increasingly digital world, making them good ROO/ROI, so it's a place to invest in 3-year refresh cycles. 🤔
