I don’t see any lateral strapping on the gable wall can you show how the straps are retrofitted to a old house solid brick as all the info is for new build. Cheers.I see you have a limited span aswell thanks for nothing.
And I bet everyone thought it was as simple as throwing some hard core down,,any old rubble will do and get Ready Mix in with 2 or 3 metres of concrete with the odd re-bar thrown in for good measure.
You do not blind an oversite with sand,it will dry and filter downwards and the floor slab will drop,most bungalows built like this will have this problem. Weak mix sand and cement should be used for blinding.

My 1st job when training as a brickie was building the sleeper walls for the floors as at 7:00
