why not showing the night vision at night?
Because 300USD small battery operated video monitor is not night vission for 3K USD, this is simple IR camera, have to be illuminated by additional IR emiter.

The NVG-10 is a 1x optical zoom that also has 2x, 4x and a 6x digital zoom. The battery is removable and charged separately outside of the device.
