It is the need to breath that gets to me the distance is not so much of a problem and I don't understand why he thinks it is 🤣😋 Anyway, how do they learn to hold their breathe for so long? I can only do 3 seconds and I'm flustered. The only thing I found in the past is to hyperventilate before holding thy breath and that seemed to get me to 3 minutes. I can only do about 1:40 these days.

@@freedivers.greece In my video I swim in a 20m pool. One lane takes around 30 sec. Super slow. But I like it. Probably not vehry efficient that slow.
