hi i know i’m like way too late to this but i’m currently learning japanese and i thought i’d provide some rough translations for those who don’t understand! 0:00-0:11 - I can’t exactly hear the second half over the music but I think Ami says, “Cho kimoi! Koitsu ga kimoi kanju da!” which i think means something like “Super weird! I get weird vibes from these guys!” but this is probably the one i’m least sure about so someone correct me if i’m wrong 0:11-0:25 - Yumi says, “Nantekotta… Ami!” which is something like, “Oh no… Ami!” 0:25-0:38 - Here, Ami says “Pieru-sama…” -sama is an honorific for someone you deeply respect or admire, and pieru is just the name Pierre if you wrote it in katakana(ピエール). so, she’s just dreamily saying “Ah, Pierre…” 0:25-0:48 - Like the last one, Ami and Yumi are just saying “Super hero!” but pronouncing it as it’s written in katakana (スパーヒーロー). 0:48-1:10 - I can’t exactly tell what the song is saying, but after Ami trips, she says “Ara… Taihen da!” or “Oh no… This is bad!” 1:10-1:23 - Yumi says, “Gero gero! Yame kanji!” which means “I’m gonna hurl! Cut that out!” 1:23-1:39 - Here, Ami screams “Yumi! Tasukete!” or “Yumi! Help me!” 1:39-1:55 - My apologies, but I couldn’t catch any Japanese in this one. Yumi might have said something at the end of the clip but I didn’t hear it. If someone knows, please say so because I want to know too lol 1:55-2:17 - While arguing with the doctor, Yumi says “Chotto! Yada! Yamete!” which means “Hold on! I don’t want it! Quit!” 2:17-2:34 - Before beginning the video game, Ami and Yumi yell “Koi!!” which basically means “Take this!!” Then, when picking up the phone, they say “Moshimoshi!” which is usually how you say “Hello?” over the phone Japanese 2:17-2:50 - Yumi says, “Koitsu ga kutsu nageteru ze…” which means “This guy’s throwing his shoes…” 2:50-3:03 - Near the end of the clip, Ami says “Hora, ne?” which is like saying “See?” 3:03-3:11 - Ami says, “Arigato, Kaz!” which means “Thanks, Kaz!” 3:11-3:27 - I couldn’t find any Japanese in this clip, but Ami did say “Gesundheit” which is what you say to people when you sneeze in German 3:27-3:37 - The same as Yumi said in a previous clip, “Gero gero…” still means something like “I’m gonna hurl…” 3:37-3:41 - Yumi says “Hai” which means “Yep” (well technically it means yes but I’m trying to make these translations a little more casual to fit the vibe of the show, much like the “i’m gonna hurl” thing which in a literal translation would mean something like “that’s disgusting”)
