this is an amazing video. i brought it back with me from when i went to china my cousin gave it to me. it is actually a russian video of a russian guy who has the ability to sing like a girl. if u think its so easy and u are a guy who has hitpubirty watch this video and try and hit a note that high. this guy is great. i have become his #1 fan lol.

This is Vitas, he is known as "The Seventh Element". Very few people on earth can vocalize all 7 octaves, Angnetha (the blond) of Abba is one and Rob Halford of Judas Priest is another. Mariah Carey does what's known as falsetto and doesn't qualify as her top octaves are not truly vocalized.
