I tried for days verifying game files, defragging, opening up PathOfExile_x64Steam and PathOfExileSteam, I tried going to Steam and manually changing the launch options to "-dx11" thinking directx12 may be the issue. None of these worked. And then 1:05 !!!! It fixed it. Thank you friend. God bless

My 3060 is at 99%, but there is massive stutter and lag in raid, and in menu even when I limit fps to 30 fps or set everything to low or to high it does not matter. Also, Gpu stays at cold 55 celsius while cpu sleeps at around 20-30%. Please, someone help out. I can't play at all.

Typically, you have no idea what the problem is, but you make a crappy video in which you try all sorts of stupid things with the person in 99 steps. All drivers are up to date, win10 is up to date, but starting with the paging files, you try everything that exists with the person. If you don't care about the problem, then don't make a video about it. Miserable.
