A lot of times birds will eat corn or sunflower seeds from bird feeders and then those remnants will be in their feces, rain waters it, hence corn will grow where it was "planted". Crazy, hey?

HOA fees should have PAID YOU. Those are so stank acting, privileged minded, and cheap neighbors. If they knew the wife was having a hard time emotionally ( losing a spouse)PAY and get it cut with the HOA FEES. Don't get taken advantage of by people.
