@@itsvenuskwongI play no video games 😜 tbh yes! it's a concept of video games we can apply in our life 😅😂 Every dev team applies this to make a game addictive - its the same repetitive we play each level but never get bored !? - positive rewards in b/w keeps us motivated such as hidden power, gifts, points, ... - After each level player becomes stronger with consistent efforts 😅🥲 keeps player motivated for long term goals 😃 - But never I say never we play a single higher level in one go. ex instead of 1,2,3,... Directly 20th level 😬 The player gets demotivated, and quits So LIFE is a video game 🎮 👀 (suggestion/request ⭐ -- it's a great topic or content for your upcoming video, let us know in depths of it) 🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴

I have question for you - - if song is sad, emotional.. even i am in good mood after listening to it, ruins mood, have influence over mind. There is shift of mood from good to sadistic...even we feel we okay on surface level but not okay from inner depth of ice berg So tell me as music therapist -- 1. why sad songs? Whats its influence , even we are sad listening to sad song makes even sader😮 not better - I feel we are finding a way to escape, not letting brain to handle it's own on emotions 2. Do we need to listen only music not songs? 3. When to listen, not in morning like like 3- 6 am? 4. Its it okay to live without songs, music 5. What musical instruments good to increase concentration? Or which music 6. Which type of songs to listen when feeling sad, depressed, anxiety, stress? 7. Which type of song to listen When happy, or relaxed? 8. How to channelize emotions after listening to song 9. How to differentiate emotions we feel on current level 10. Why to listen to music or songs when we are doing some work -- it disrupt flow, concentration, indiscipline data enter while we are trying to connect Ex- gym, study, brain relaxing time (no music), communication, .... I thankful, i met music therapist ❤
1. sad songs because we feel related and comforted - someone understood our feelings and put it into a song so we know we’re not alone. if you feel worse, then don’t listen as you might use music to ruminate. 2. up to you, depends what/how music triggers you 3. whenever you needa change mood. it shifts you stat of mind 4. yep 5. again depends on your triggers. I personally listen to music without lyrics or songs in languages i don’t know. eg if I listen to harry potter theme song when i study i cannot focus because it reminds me of the movies. these days i listen to lofi and cafe music. 6. purpose is everything. if you’re looking for comfort and feeling better, songs related to resilience would be great. if you’re looking for self expression, then songs related to venting or feeling sad would be good. everything in moderation. 7. again, depends on purpose. its highly individualised and i cannot point you to specific genres. whatever floats your boat to help achieve the mood you want to be in 8. you feel when you’re listening. if you want to process emotions, try music analysis or simply journaling. record thoughts and feelings. 9. pay attention to physiological responses. where does the body feel that emotion the most? eg nervousness around stomach, anger in chest 10. you don’t have to, if a tool isn’t benefiting you why keep using it? hope that helps. :)

Yes I do 0:37 feel better after I listen to non swearing music like Disney and some artists 1:31 I think it’s up to you if you like to use music to make your life better Cause life is messy and it’s can be stressful but you have to remember life is sweeter when you take things a little lightly Remember the song life is sweeter and it’s messy because it’s just is 😊 I agree everyone is different Like this video so helpful

Woahh.. you have amazing quality for someone who says that they're very new to this... "I am interested" hence subscribed! Trying to start a youtube channel myself somehow it keeps getting procrastinated since a couple of months but in reality whatever I wanna do next in my video to get it to a likeable version.. I have to go ahead and learn a bunch of editing techniques and then learn by failing. Hope to post my first video soon and probably get to the production quality and consistency that you have done for your socials as well! :)
thank you. the best advice i've heard is that: the first 100 videos' gonna be bad, just post them. and no one's watching anyway lol i'd say creating youtube videos (long form) is different than shorts. with the tools out there in this age it's a lot easier to stay consistent :) happy to keep you accountable!

thats tricky but you might still spot patterns in each phase. use a thermometer to track your BBT so you have a rough idea when you ovulate, that might help
