Nice one Abincha! I have been searching for AMOVA in R all these while until now. I always use GenAlex software for this analysis every time. Please how do we generate population differentiation values either as Fst or Phi-T ?

Dear, I have question which is not clear for me. It is the type of data format for LEA package, how to prepare data. when I tried to load tutorial data as you made, it replied me as there were no such like data. Otherwise, this is really very interesting tutorial which is solving our problem in data analysis in short period of time.

I am facing problems to save my outputs as docx file/printing the result in a text file. when i give command it shows results as ------- Error in read_xml.raw(charToRaw(enc2utf8(x)), "UTF-8", ..., as_html = as_html, : PCDATA invalid Char value 27 [9]..... and it say that ''Removed 2 rows containing missing values (`geom_segment()`). How to solve this?
