If it has a MOTOR then it is not a glider, otherwise anything with a motor that might glide, would be a glider. That includes an F4 on a 'bad' day. Designing, building, and flying with NO motor is TOTALLY different, and should be deemed, "Glider". Else, its a plane with good lift. And that's Cool....yet still a powered airplane. Power "off" is not the same as never designed for anything but silent LIFT.
Haha ... took me 2 years to read your comment. You are absolutely correct - it is NOT a glider, it is a Motororized Glider ;-) it is fun nonetheless. But I can tell you (as I do have many R/C gliders w/out motors - including hand launch gliders - as pure as it gets) that this particular glider glides very well without the engine on. I was quite amazed.

Hello Dedstik, The glider is awesome and i could not find anything quite like at the price. I have flown with 3S ... 1300, 1600, 1800, and 2200. Fine with all. I would suggets 1300 to thermal... Makes it very light and give u some 6 or so minutes of power, or 2200 if you plan on using power longer. Slightly heavier but penetrates great and the pack last longer. I got the batteries motionrc sells and they work great.. Good luck.

lots of trees and green all over indeed. The trike is an affordable way to get airtime they are fun and easy to fly, and they offer a great performance.Can't beat the view!!
