Episode 445: For Andrew Dubbins, It's About the Love of the Story
For Andrew Dubbins, stories of this nature are resource intensive, so he’s always seeking the story engine, what drives the narrative forward. In this case, it’s a cops-and-robbers story with sibling discord at the center.
It’s that Atavisitan time of the month and we have Andrew Dubbins, a journalist based out of L.A. who tells the tale about the After Dark Bandit: The Police couldn't’ figure out how the perpetrator ripped off two banks at the same time. Until they discovered there wasn't just one robber but a pair of them: identical twin brothers.

I grew up in Coney Island
let's go maine! never been so proud!
Bronwynn ... wow. I knew your mom and dad. Played in the Kilty Band of York. I know your dad has passed (ar slí na fírinne in Irish) but I had a lot of fun with you dad. I remember when he told me you are going off to Humboldt State ... and I thought, oh, really? I knew that area and made a crazy assumption or two. And your round house on that hilltop - Sven somebody at the Borderline bar ... Yeah. Anyway - it was / is wonderful to hear you're doing it! Making a go of it - smart, sense of humor, humility all seasoning your own talent. Wonderful!
great conversation.
Actually wolves ate a winter camper in BWCA... just a few years ago.
too bad you didn't read her book "The Harmless people" - since it's the ONLY valid book about our continuous precontact original human culture from 80,000 years ago!! wow.
uhs·choo = I grew up always hearing the British pronunciation. Not sure when Americans starting saying it incorrectly. Eschew.
cars aren't bulletproof! Oops!

Hello Brendan, my name is Bruno. Just wanted to thank and congratulate you for interviewing Seth Godin. Cheers
Thanks, Bruno! I've got two interviews with him. Hope you enjoy them. He really showed up to both!
And I getting her book for Christmas
It's a great book!
@@thecreativenonfictionpodcast I haven't read it but it definitely is great on explaining how and why pitbulls went from American dogs to killer and it more to do with race than breed and according to what I heard from a source and a review they seen to be people saying this book is biased and inaccurate etc. But that just the opinion of some moron who believe whatever bullshit there heard in the media and are obviously anti pitbulls so what they said isn't vaild or true
I heard of her she wrote a book that some people cough cough the anti pitbulls people have a problem with making lies that her book is wrong and biased and they made threats to her it's so bad that she has security and her book store and Camaras recording everything outside her home yet these people have the nerve to said people who are pro pitbulls are pychopaths who are wrong in the head well if that true I would tell them in there faces explain me this "this" being her having to protect herself and maybe others from these manics
ijbol
