Your Key Performance indicator are wrong kindly make them quantifiable e.g % of farmers suppylying food .....secondly its not advisable to quantify your outputs as you are suppose to quantify them when defining your KPI

Great explanation of Logical Framework. The tune of your voice and the speed was very well and understandable for people who English is not their first language.

I find the distinction between outcome and outputs Abit confusing. Isn't the outcomes the result of achieving the outputs ? From your definition it's like the outcomes are the activities that must be done to achieve the output .
