Pour archive, la map avait été présentée fin 2002 à la direction du Surcouf en question, qui l'a refusé en bloc. Forcement l'informatique et le monde du jeu vidéo ce n'était pas trop leur truc. Ceci a mis fin au projet. Le magasin a fermé en 2011.
mdrrr fallait changer le nom. La map a jamais été release du coup ? Coucoueuf était un super bon mappeur. Je me demande si il a mappé sur Source Engine aussi ?
@@Xale007 C'était Tazus le mappeur principal, avec qui j'étais en contact. Il semble que l'attitude de Surcouf ait mis un coup au moral du projet. C'est dommage, la géométrie était réaliste et il y avait des bruits de pet dans les chiottes. Il est vrai qu'une release sans le nom du magasin aurait pu se faire. Tant pis

The best compliment I can give is that I loop good music for 1+ hours while I work, and your track made the cut recently. Thanks for making this! I owned Perfect Dark (back when it was first released), and sadly, I never completed it. I was too young to realize how good it was; I thought it was like Goldeneye part 2, so I didn't make an effort since Goldeneye was so good. "Chicago" is my favorite music from PD, and the cool thing is I lived near Chicago when I had the game all those years ago.

Try enabling some parameters, like this one : Enable 80387 FPU (Floating Point Unit) Otherwise try to post on github issue, dev may help you !

@@Xale007 I dunno if it's a recent change but I live a couple of hours away from Milan, and seeing homeless people sleeping in front of jewelleries always made my levels of communism rise

I just love chicago level and I found a convertion but I had to adapt the size because it ws too small. Most props are from the mod Neotokyo Check the speedmapping video I did on this map, it 's also on the channel Feel free to ask me any question. We can also chat trough video if you want.

@@Xale007 É um protocolo "Regra" que é usado em NAT. Vários que usam Internet no momento, devido ao esgotamento de endereços IPV4, como alternativa de compartilhar um IP pra vários na mesma rede, os provedores bloqueia portas especificas impedindo que alguns serviços não acesse uma determinada máquina, é aí um programa que o usuário usa, não funciona as conexões reversas, tipo os Emuladores. Em algumas operadores de serviços, possa ser que eles venda o IP públicos. E se você obter ligando pra operadoras, possa ser que eles ajuste um valor, somando com o valor de plano de sua internet, e aí possa ser que consiga. Dizem que está perto disso acabar substituído o IPV4 pelo IPV6. O problema e que essas empresas ainda estão se ajustando nos serviços, e que no futuro breve, as agência organizacional, obriguem que as empresas faça obrigatoriamente ou caso contrário multam. Devido a esse CGNAT, muitos que usam internet pra jogos, não consegue fazer com que os Emuladores possar abrir as portas do serve. :/

@@play134 Era pra acontecer isso a muito tempo, só que muitos provedotes ainda estão em fase de instalação desse protocolo. Os provedores não faz isso pra continuar a vendendo o IPV4, alegando que falta estrutura, e por isso, não instaurar o novo protocolo. Só quando o sistema de de comunicação obrigar por lei, que o IPv6 será instaurado, então todos devem esperar, ou comprar o IPv4 caro.
@@sapzap3030 aqui tenho um link dual stack e um link com cgnat. se sua operadora entrega cgnat, ela é obrigada a te dar um endereço publico (v6). enfim, voltando ao tópico: eu nao consegui fazer funcionar o emulador do cabo link na minha lan. entao acho que nao seja problema de portas, e sim algum bug que nao conecta o cabo link emulado e ainda vou testar com calma

maybe it was me on another account =) It's a shame Graslu00 never showcased my maps (Skyfall, Sauna & Chicago from Perfect Dark)... I did spend lots on time & effort on them, and even if they aren't perfect they are great

It's crazy that this feature isn't implemented in modern PS1 emulators. One cool thing I used to do with the original hardware was I made a 100 foot link up cable by splicing cat-5 network wire in between the ends of an original cable. It's a shame that Sony limited them to being only 6 feet long.

@@Xale007 Yeah, the controls for the expansion kit's track editor are awkward, and the expansion kit probably would have benefitted from compatibility with the N64 Mouse that came with Mario Artist: Paint Studio (not to be confused with Mario Paint for the SNES Sateliview). It might be easier for you to use FZEP at that point if you want to give F-Zero X track making another go. But in terms of how tracks are designed in-game, F-Zero X uses a control point and spline system for designing tracks just like how BalisticNG does. The main difference is that F-Zero X doesn't allow branching paths, and it stores the completed data as a set of coordinates and parameters, constructing and rendering the course procedurally on load while BalisticNG saves the course as a mesh.

Sadly, Tsugaru doesn't apply filters when stretching to higher resolutions, which looks terrible whenever you don't stretch exactly by 200% or 400% (mostly aplies to anything using a resolution higher than 320x200). Also, Tsugaru can't deal with non-standard means of reading mouse coordinates. Tsugaru's author has to write a patch for each game that uses its own method, and only few (Lemmings, Ultima Underworld, to name two examples) are implemented, so far. In Populous and Castles you can't use the mouse, at all.
Thanks for the report Pixel perfect integer scale is generally the best way for 2D anyway. Didn't knew the mouse issue was that much a problem Don't hesitate to open an issue on github the dev reads them all.
