Am so sorry about this but if you want to survive in Kinshasa especially if you relocating from overseas you need to make efforts to learn Lingala or else these people will abuse you in sense over charge you, make you pay unnecessary fines and if you knew Lingala trust me you wouldn’t have paid the fine.
