I love this video. It was beautifully executed 😀 I run a busy Medi-Spa in Perth WA, and was a Pilates instructor before going into the beauty industry. I have started to teach my mature age clients exercises and help them to set up at home to perform simple Pilates workouts to help decrease pain and tension in their bodies and feel their very best day to day. I have just shared this video with a client who I took through the cut a tree exercise recently in a one on one session. I love that you show the exercise being done step by step and build up to performing the full version of the exercise. Thanks for sharing this video. Jess Xx
