Its 1 to 1 if you measure in kilos. In lbs it's .7 grams to 1 lb. It's also not body weight, it's your lean body mass, i.e. your weight minus your bfp. Lifting to failure is not as important for hypertrophy; it will fatigue you more than necessary for optimal muscle development. I do personally think it's important for mental development to lift to failure, but that isn't hypertrophy.

Under no circumstances should anyone be going to the gym 7 days a week mate. For example. Professional body builders only go for 5-6 The best range is most absolutely 4-5 days a week. 7 days is in fact limiting your growth, and becoming a negatively impacting affect on your mental state and vastly limiting your growth.

I am 5'6 almost 67 kg. I have very lean arms and legs. My stomach is also pretty lean and i have a 2 pac. But my love handles are still very fat and "pudgy". So should i go for a maintenance or a deficit. Pls help man
