This is how you clean the bottom of the printhead. Many people experience problems with streaking on their DTF prints and head clogging from dried ink under the print head. from another post - this worked for me: fishianity_3399 1 year ago You have to unlock alignment. When you have that green tab on carriage with sign "unlock" you have to pull it towards left then it should work

how do you reset the chip on p5000?
Maintenance box chips are resettable, but cartridge chips are burn-out style. Gotta buy new ones unfortunately.
What is watts of the oven
very cool ! can the machine revert to default ( factory ) if the installation is reversed? also ... MUST the machine be restarted regularly ( I leave mine on often ). thank you for the post & thank you in advance for the reply

Hi I’m after some advise. I have the same printer but suddenly stopped printing white. I’ve tried all the head cleaning and new inks ect but still nothing. Is there anything you can recommend to rectify this? Thanks Rich
Thank you how about the start of they do you take all the cartridges and shake the ink or anything else before starting to print do you clean nozzles or run a nozzle check anything before starting the days print.
Shake carts and power clean and then do a nozzle check then print something

I have a problem with my prints cracking on the first wash. Im pressing at medium pressure 225 for 12-15sec with no teflon or craft paper on my first press let it cool and peel slow then put back on for 10sec with craft paper. I'm curing my prints till they have a glossy look to to them. Im I over curing the prints? I'm assuming there supposed to look glossy not dry right?
Allow your prints to fry for 20-30 minutes before powdering.. your prints are cracking because the ink isn’t dried before powdering.
Black powder cracking for first wash try 60to 70% of white ink then 320f for 10to 15 sec press with white powder
@@Printertechtips Everyone that does the DTF says to powder the print when its wet so the adhesive will stick, how is the powder suppose to stick to the print if its already dried??? That makes no sense at all

Refillable cartridges, ink, flush and fill. Nothing too special. Main trick is making sure to flush the lines before changing ink types.
