Thanks dude it worked so basically I spent a week trying to get my tv to come on because it had infinite black screen then finally I got it off that then I would get stuck on the tcl Roku tv screen and it would power cycle itself forever and when hit finally came on it would freeze on the set up screen after about 5 to 10 seconds then I just unplugged it for 3 days and I played it in now it doesn’t frees or power off on it’s on so here I am stuck on that recovery screen and thanks to you I got out of it and my tv is working again

It’s 2025 at 12pm…my tv went into recovery mode and I watched this video and it worked…all you have to do is watch the tv for the solid flash then hold down the power button just like he did in this vid…thanks man…you gained another subscriber ☝🏾💪🏾💯

I need help with my TCL ROKU stuck on red logo screen...but sound if fone. Can even get the screen reader to read & the tv goes into the setup or could possibly be the recovery mode....but cant be sure because the screen stays on the logo screen

I got the solid white flashlight immediately and I fell down on the power button came back to recovery mode again

Is weird because I see a white solid light immediately after pressing the reset button and I let go of that reset button and hold down on the power button immediately and it still comes back on and recovery mode

My question was and is did I left in the last comment how do I find the reset button on my TV cuz the only button that I'm locating is the power button under my TV behind the white flashing light

This worked fantastic. It brings you into a new purple recovery screen. It was very specific action to make it work. While TV is plugged in and on, hold in reset. Unplug TV while holding in reset, then plug it back in while still holding reset, and wait for the power light to start blinking, (it takes some time), then release reset. This unbricked the TV and allowed to update the software.

To be honest it seemed like it was gonna work but i just gave up and factory reset it by holding that button on the back for about 20 seconds

Ive got to tell you all about my experience with one of them scams . When you asking fpr help with anyone anything like a tv,computers or all like thar, they will pop up and say they can help, the one that i got was called " ASK A EXERT " do do it ! They took 46 buck from me ! The charge said 1 $, thats all i saw, i never even saw anything that said 46 $ ! Maybe i was in a hurry, already flustered, but i believe that that it was they are counting on, so i got no help, i told them before i even asked question , that i changed my mind, well 3 minutes later my nank text me that someone was charging 46 $ on my account and was it me ? I said no, so now im getting a new card. It may have been my fault ? But im a 65 yr old and iam " technology challenged " , i believe they are fishing for older folks like me. Scammers. So now i found out that the 46, is to become a member of this group. Who the F^#^ needs to be a memeber ? How many times could you possibly need them ? What a fucking joke. Joke w1s on ME. I live on state disability and that barley covers my rent, so to be ripped off by people like that is very sad, sad that folks could be that cold hearted. Just rip whoever comes along. Gets caught in your web. Bastards.

My reset is on the side , i pressed it and it did nothing, it didnt even click , i pressed it harder now its gone ! Lol smashed it into the tv someplace. Its just trash anyways. Junk

I have tried this and your other video and still can't get it to work. I have two tv's (TCL Roku) that won't work. I am sick to my stomach thinking about having to replace them.
