Isometric Drawing 1: Introduction and Theory Part 1
มุมมอง 12K2 ปีที่แล้ว
This video introduces the most common types or styles of drawing, including: - Orthogonal Drawings (commonly used by engineers for formal drawings) - Oblique Parallel - Perspective (favoured by artists) - Isometric (commonly used by engineers for informal drawings)
Isometric Drawing 2: Techniques
มุมมอง 6K2 ปีที่แล้ว
In this video we develop a simple isometric projection from first principles. We discuss the limitations of formal isometric "projections" and introduce the less formal but more commonly used rules for isometric "drawings". The use of isometric grid paper is also described and demonstrated. A step-by-step technique for representing circular features in an isometric view plane is also introduced.
