At Night is a basic horror game about dodging a monster while trying to get to the safe room. Solve puzzles, close windows, lock doors, and run!
It is midnight, and you are home alone. Strange noises can be heard outside so you decide to lock the doors and close the windows. On your way to the final window, you hear something rustling close by. Upon shutting the window, a monster rushed past your view, taking you by surprise. Minutes later you get a phone call from a number you have never seen been. You pick up the phone, hands shaking, and hear nothing but raspy breathing. It is the monster.
Quick, Get to the saferoom by solving various puzzles throughout the house, all while dodging the monster that has decided to haunt you!

@@ScaryGamesAt3AM I know I'm going to sound very demanding but you could try not to turn up the brightness when you play poppy playtime chapter 3 like i know many players increase the brightness so they can see more clear while doing the walkthrough but the graphis look kinda bad so if you dont mind could you try playing the third chapter on normal brightness (but if you already uploaded the gameplay and it will release soon dw it is just a suggestion so the gameplay looks cool)
I decided to increase the brightness because horror games tend to be so dark that it’s often hard to notice the details in the environment. I didn’t think anyone would mind, but if you’d prefer, I can create a separate video with the default brightness. Just let me know!

Na verdade nesse segmento do vídeo eu tive que usar trapaça (noclip) para conseguir atravessar as portas. Não existe uma forma oficial de abrir/atravessar essas portas. É provável que o desenvolvedor tenha usado um "asset" da casa já pronta, e deixou essas portas fechadas pois não pretendia usar o interior delas.

hello, i'm interested in playing this but i keep reading about game-breaking bugs on certain builds. your playthrough didn't seem to have any issues. do you happen to remember which build of the game this is?
Hello, Unfortunately, all the builds seem to have at least one breaking bug, but I used the "SILENT HILL 2 12-9-21" build for most of this playthrough as it’s the most stable. This build has only one major bug, which occurs in the Nightmare Hospital when you try to exit an elevator with Maria (as seen at 55:40 in my video). To work around this issue, I saved the game right before entering the elevator (as seen at 55:24) and transferred my SaveRam file to a different build, "SILENT HILL 2 gbc [WIP] Dec-3-2021" I played on that build until I reached the next save point, right before exiting the Nightmare Hospital (as seen at 59:11), and then transferred the SaveRam back to the original build. If you're unsure where to find your save file, most emulators have a folder called "SaveRam" or "Battery" where these files are stored. The save file typically has the same name as the ROM you’re using, but with a different file extension. To transfer it, rename the save file to match the name of the ROM you want to use, ensuring the file extension remains unchanged; otherwise, it won’t work.
