The owner and Chef and Health Culinary Specialist is currently in school at Drake State Technical and Community College taking up Culinary Arts and Hospitality Services he also went to school for Health Promotion at the University Of Memphis and he has a degree in Business Communications from the University of Phoenix.

You are spot on! However, I totally disagree on the cucumber 🥒 thing🤣🤣🤣. Oh, in addition to the super stacked haystack we add Pico de Gallo! I watched you on LED today. What a blessing it is that God has led you to this wonderful health ministry 💕. I love cooking and coming up with amazing, flavourful plant based food
Cucumber has a taste that takes away from the essence of Haystacks. I was shocked and appalled when I went to church and ate potluck and cucumbers were introduced to my haystack. First thought umm what is this 🤣🤣🤣. Then I said well let’s try it. Ughh 🤢. A straight atrocity. I had to report it to the committee and we took a unanimous vote and denied the thought of a cucumber coming anywhere near a haystack plate🤣🤣. It belongs in a salad #facts Pico de gallo is good and it has been put on the bonus list for toppings for haystacks. Praise God! The fact that I’m doing a video interview or even talking in front of people comfortably is nothing but God and His confidence! Thanks for the encouraging words 🙂
Fresh cilantro is one of my favorite ingredients for Haystacks! The only thing that he recommended that I disagreed with was cheese (vegan nor dairy) because I hate cheese. I love haystacks & this isn’t a good time to talk about it because I am fasting & watching this did not help! God bless y’all 🛐❤️🛐
