Last comment, the CE04 is legit and awesome as is. But it is more niche for city 50 miles total range a day customer. If thats you, then yes, get a CE04. But im someone who needs 60 mile range in Dynamic mode and top speed of 85 mph and of course it has to be a CE05 aka 500cc equivalent power. So thats all im saying. My only fear, and my prediction is, this bike will never see a CE05 and this will be the only time they make this and it will never be made again. So if im right, and i almost 99% of the time am, this means i will have to get the CE04 even though i would rather have a future CE05 model. But since most likely the will never make one. Then the dilemma is, one will have to pull the trigger ASAP on this model, because i believe they will stop making this and BMW will never attempt to make another one again. Sooo ahhhhh, it hurts to be put in this scenario 🤣

When they come out with the CE05 with 500cc equivalent power, then BMW will have freedom to take all my money. 👍

This is bad design. Cant store anything by your feet like 100% of other maxi scooters. Major utility fail. Why can't these people make more practical bikes?

Hi Kyle, I am riding this thing since May here in Northern Atlanta and absolutely love it. I say that as somebody who wrote BMW motorcycles through all of the lower states for 160,00 miles in the last 10 years from Atlanta. The CE04 is the perfect commuter and just makes the most important thing on a motorcycle very possible: get away from cars, whose drivers potentially are reading their social media accounts and not concentrating. The incredible torque is outstanding. No ride yet since May without at least one person on a red light who is congratulating me and wants to know all specs in a few seconds. Btw Kyle, thanks for bringing me into the EV world. I am watching your videos plus Batteries included' every week and drive since last year an IX, which I picked up in July of 2022 in Idaho Falls just to prove everybody , that it IS possible to drive an EV on long trips.

2 things to point out. 1st White plastic housing drivers at the top has a gap. Just Ned’s to be snapped in place. Not one of these bikes with all the options has shipped with the upgraded charger. You receive the 10 amp 120V charger.

I have one In Magellan Grey, fully loaded. The grey is so much better looking than the white!

This bike was really easy to assemble th-cam.com/users/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.

You should always make sure the front tire spins freely first. Mine is rubbing the break pad what should i do ?

I have had the opportunity to recently test an Ebike with this new drive system. The system is well thought-out. There is a Predict mode which simultaneously manage the automatic shifting of the power mode (Eco, Turbo) and the speeds ( 1 to 7 ). There is also a possibility to use an automatic mode in Eco or Turbo mode with the automatic shifting of the speeds only. The last option is a manual mode similar to any regular Ebikes with a manual setting of the power modes and the speeds. We can easily feel the 130 NM given by the manufacturer. With four strokes and a well sustained effort on the pedals we reach the 20 mph. It’s fun. Compared to the Bosch Line Performance CX Gen 4, the noise levels generated by these two drive systems are equivalent.

I couldn't get my headlight to shut off when I turned it off.i pressed the plus button for 2 seconds , nothing.i ended up disconnecting the headlamp cable not sure what I'm doing wrong just got the bike today

I have one since a couple of months and it's great. The only bug I could say, it does'nt have any suspention. By the way, mine starts riding as soon as I depress the "gass".
