@@brotootall325 yes, we run into properties that have 300+ PPM. It still works pretty decent actually, I just have to go back and touch up a few windows during my spot check as sometimes it does leave a little bit of residue or droplets behind when they dry at that high. I would recommend just doing the second floor with the water, fed pole and continue to utilize the traditional mop in hand for the lower floors until you can invest in a Xero as they have more filtration stages on a more adequate for that high of ppm. Even though it’s not always a perfect spot free dry, it is still generally really decent and saves a lot of time and back strain from moving ladders around that’s how we utilize it. We will be investing in a Xero upgrade pretty soon.

@@julesprice5805 thx for watching! We always do a full detail around the property for anything like you’re referencing. In this case we have to rinse the house around the windows anyhow due to all the dirty water coming off the glass. We rarely rest anything on the glass once cleaned. I would look at the Unger nLITE. If you have a bit more budget then look at the Xero water fed lineup. Both take a bit of learning to truly maximize the overall clean when hitting frames. Also, the more filtration stages on any of the systems, the better. I would also look at getting an upgrade via the carbon fiber telescoping pole as using these on multiple properties in a day and get a lot of wear on your shoulders. The carbon fiber is super light and tremendously in that scenario.
