That's strange because your phone couldn't even make a container. Make sure you have enough space , and check all cpus. Then choose a weaker processor than gtx1070

@@fiaes_uneed open Al 32 and 64 dll.u can install these from any browser,after that uneed to put them in ur folder blender any version before 4.0 after that try starting blender and if that still doesn't works, theres nothing ucan do.
