There is a mistake in excel sheet working. Where the tax is to be calculated at 7.5%, actually the multiplication is done at 18% (on residential portion). Hence the same should be rectified in the presentation.

I have seen a flat which is almost complete in the top floors they are doing the tiles work .. This building doesn't have a RERA approval, but the builder has given the Commencement certificate The builder verbally says that he will get OC. And now as per my knowledge completion certificate also the builder needs to get right, And he verbally says that they have RERA approval, but the RERA no the builder didn't provide me yet, I checked from a advertising website and found one RERA no for this project and when i check back in RERA it said not approved, The builder says he won't mention about the RERA,OC,&CC in the agreement,, Should I consider buying this property ??
