frieza isnt as strong as UI or UE. Gold is much more weaker the both, it is on the same power level as ssj3 if not ssjb. Frieza black in the manga is still weaker than UI and UE and its weaker than gold due to how toriyama wrote it. Beast is some what stronger than UI and Beast destroyed Black frieza
