Great idea Pat, I've made a note of it. Thinking of creating future vlog where I show the process of creating the brand/logos etc, so Jassy's Journeys could be part of the brain storming part where we ideate, through to Go-To-Market!

@@patrickmoran4171 Nice idea, really like the name Pat, never thought of that! It's more personal for sure. I'm looking to build a proper brand with logos, colours, templates soon, although I may well need to change the channel name in the future! Open to ideas!

Thanks Pat! This was still day 2, I'd walked a lot & got an achy heel on this trip! Managed to soldier on and the view was breathtaking! Thanks for tip on Cala llonga, just watched videos on it and it's looks amazing! Curious, were you working there or simply taking vacations

Cheers Alan, I found that Ibiza had people of all ages, so I think it can offer something for everyone! My favourite place was Ibiza Town in Dalt Vila, so if I go back will just stay there for the trip & Platja d'en Bossa is very nice too!

Yes I was Pat! Was expecting Ibiza Uncovered, although it was a chilled out place! Been watching a Ibiza TH-camr called Dwayne Muffin, so kinda knew what to expect which was super helpful for my 1st trip there!

Welcome! It's a great hotel, I was All Inclusive and there was a good selection for dinner! The evening entertainment was great & hotel is in good lcoation! Have a great time!

Yes I agree, I had a great time here and it's a nice place just to chill out with family & friends. I found Ibiza a diverse place, with something for everyone!

Yes absolutely, myself included! I thought Ibiza was all about clubs & partying, however I discovered there is an amazing landscape, beaches, walking trails, culture & great food to explore! It's a great place for families!

Thanks Pat! Ended finding an abandoned hotel & decided to enter it!!! Should have got a taxi after that, but was curious to see what else I could find so walked back to THB Hotel along beach front!

Yes, fancy seeing a spoon in concrete on the promenade! Maybe Playa Blanca hides a collection of misplaced cutlery, who knows next time there might be a rogue fork next to the bakery!

Ha! That's a great analogy! While the Barcelo might not be right on the beach, it makes up for it with amazing pools and stunning ocean views! 😀

I am usually a stickler for a hotel running down to the beach ⛱️ but on this occasion , with rubbish weather in UK last February I thought I will suffer a 5 minutes walk to beach. Spent over half the hols inside the large hotel complex as we were AI guests 🍉🥞🍰🍦☕🍷🍾🍹🍴🍽️🎯🎱🎹🎤🥳🏊🤽🏋️, Not bothered about cress missing from my salads lol

The Barcelo Hotel is close to the ferry terminal in Playa Blanca, around a 10 min taxi ride. For cruise ships I believe they dock at the main ports of Mille de Los Mármoles and La Boca de Puerto Naos, so it depends which port you are referring to?

@@RockyEarthGuy that’s y we went there and yes we had a lovely curry at namaste highly recommend it if any is coming to this area . And has u say that we met him he was doing a vlog on the Chinese restaurant few doors down . We had a good chat lovely guy and family 👍🏻

Yes, Playa Blanca to Marina Rubicon is a fantastic walk, one of my favourites!

Yes it's a great, I'd probably stay more than one night next time to get best use of all the facilities 😀

Yes, the swimming pool is not heated

Good Afternoon! The sun shines directly on to the terrace/pool in the afternoon, it's in the shade in the morning.

I believe Hotels should have staff quarters for workers to live in

​@@RockyEarthGuythe problem is deeply entwined with the current housing issue on the island that resulted in the recent protests right across the Canaries. My understanding is the Barcello are having to pay massively over the odds so staff can afford anywhere to live. Overall its a very complicated situation that is being exasperated by the local authorities with their planning and housing policies which appear to contradict what is needed to overcome the problem.

Nearest beach is 5 min walk to Playa Dorada & yes you can swim there, so long as the right flag is displayed on the day 😀 Plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas for hire! Couple of beach bars & lifeguards present + changing rooms & toilet facilites too. Have fun!

sun beds are limited normally full by 9am 12 euros with an umbrella

Thanks for the heads up about the sunbeds filling up early! That's something to consider, especially during peak season. If folks are set on getting a sunbed, arriving before 9am is a good strategy!

Takes 5 minutes from reception to get to hotel sea front gate and another 5 mins to a beach .
