@@shortsofficial4151 You need to convince them. List the games you've played the most, provide some form of identification (passport or ID). If you remember the email but don't have access to it, mention that as well. They can't just give your account back without confirming it's yours. I hope this helps. Good luck! 🍀

Did anyone from the Roblox Support Team respond to you? The first email you receive is automatic. After that email, reply, and then wait for a person to respond to you. You will receive a detailed explanation in second mail. Good luck 🍀

I had this same problem. Just scroll all the way to the bottom and click customize and reorder and add the utilities category to it.
